Sažetak
Razvoj tehnologije proizvodnje hrane usmeren je ka omogućavanju boljeg korišćenja poljoprivrednih resursa, povećanju ekonomičnosti proizvodnje i produktivnosti rada i povećanju obima i asortimana poljoprivredno-prehrambenih proizvoda namenjenih izvozu. Upravljanje inovacijama odražava se na proizvodne i poslovne rezultate u preduzećima agroindustrijskog sistema. Značaj tehnološkog menadžmenta u proizvodnji hrane u Jugoslaviji će rasti, uz potrebu usaglašavanja primenjene tehnologije sa zahtevima svetskog tržišta.
Abstract
Food production technology development is directed towards making better use of agricultural resources possible, as well as towards increasing production economy and work productivity, and increase of scope and assortment of agricultural-and-food products for exports. Innovations management reflects in production and business results in enterprises of agro-industrial system. Significance of technological management in food production in Yugoslavia will grow up, followed by necessary adjustment of implemented technology to the world market needs.
