Mogućnost biološkog i hemijskog suzbijanja prouzrokovača zelenog uvenuća u početnim fenofazama razvoja paprike

Sažetak
Proučavana je mogućnost biološkog i hemijskog suzbijanja prouzrokovača zelenog uvenuća paprike u zaštićenom prostoru primenom biopreparata Polyversum na bazi Pythium oligandrum, i fungicida benomil i propamokarb-hidrohlorid. U cilju utvrđivanja značaja vremena izvođenja hemijskih i bioloških mera zaštite, preparati su primenjeni pre ili posle obavljene inokulacije u različitim fenofazama razvoja paprike: seme, ponik i razvijen tree list na stablu. Najveću efikasnost u suzbijanju Verticillium sp. u svim feno­fazama razvoja paprike ispoljio je benomil (72.3-84.1%). Biofungicid Polyversum ispoljio je najveću efikasnost primenom pre inokulacije - preventivno (48.1-54.3%). Propamokarb-hidrohlorid je ispoljio najmanju efikasnost (37.7-50.9%) primenjen preventivno, ili nakon inokulacije. Utvrđeno je da se primenom propamokarb-hidrohlorida ne može postići dovoljno dobra zaštita paprike od verticilioze. Razlike između efekata primene Polyversum-a i propamokarb-hidrohlorida bile su minimalne.
