Izazovi rada na daljinu u toku COVID-19

Sažetak
Svrha ovog rada je da se utvrdi kako su kompanije u državama jugoistočne Evrope odgovorile na krizu prouzrokovanu pandemijom COVID-19 kao i na izazove rada od kuće, te šta bi se moglo učiniti u budućnosti kako bi se prevazišle prepreke rada na daljinu. Prisiljeni pandemijom da promjene stil rada, kompanije su trebale pronaći najbolja moguća rješenja kako bi obezbijedile zadovoljavajući nivo poslovnih aktivnosti. Pošto se sa ovakvim izazovom susreću po prvi put u modernoj istoriji čovječanstva, malo kompanija je bila spremna za njega. Kvantitativni pristup je odabran, kroz upotrebu online ankete za istraživanje. Rezultati su predstavljeni i potkrepljeni sa referencama na relevantne teorije. Studija otkriva i ukazuje na glavne izazove i probleme vezane za rad koji se odvija odvojeno od ostatka organizacije. Studija analizira kako određeni faktori rada na daljinu kao što je nedostatak tradicionalnog liderstva, radno mjesto u fizičkom smislu, izolacija itd. utiču na život i rad zaposlenih za vrijeme krize. Trenutna studija je novina pošto se radi o uslovima sa kojima se do sada nismo suočavali. Rad doprinosi boljem razumjevanju svih aspekata rada na daljinu, sa posebnim naglaskom na društvenu izolovanost i rad u uslovima zabrane kretanja.
