Sažetak
Supstantivnost boja igra ključnu ulogu u diskontinuiranom bojenju tekstila jer utiče na iscrpljenje boje iz rastvora na vlakno. U toku reakcione kinetike između pamuka i reaktivnih boja paralelno se odvija poželjna reakcija boje sa vlaknom i nepoželjna reakcija boje sa vodom - hidroliza boje. Hidrolizovani oblik boje prelazi na vlakno i ugrožava postojanost obojenja, zato što ne uspostavlja kovalentnu vezu sa vlaknom. U ovom radu analizirana je supstantivnost hidrolizovanog oblika monofunkcionalne i bifunkcionalne boje pri različitim tehnološkim parametrima bojenja. Rezultati su pokazali da je supstantivnost zavisna od koncentarcije soli i temperature bojenja.
Abstract
Dye substantivity plays a key role in discontinuous dyeing of textile because it affects exhaustion of dyes onto fiber. During the reaction kinetics between cotton and reactive dyes two parallel reactions take place - the desired reaction of dye with fiber and undesirable reaction of dye with water, i.e. dye hydrolysis. Hydrolyzed form of dye passes over to the fiber where it reduces the fastness of dyeing because a covalent bond with the fiber is not established. In this work, analyzed was a substantivity of the hydrolyzed form of a monofunctional and a bifunctional dye at various technological dyeing parameters. Results shows that substantivity was dependant on salt concentration and on dyebath temperature.
