Analiza rezidua metabolita nitrofurana u životinjskoj plazmi primenom ultra-visokopritisne tečne hromatografije sa masenom spektrometrijom - podrška domaćoj mesnoj industriji

Sažetak
Pošto je primena nitrofurana zabranjena pri uzgoju životinja za klanje u Evropskoj Uniji (EU), ova jedinjenja se nalaze u Aneksu IV regulative 2377/90. Ne postoji prihvaćen limit za njihovo prisustvo u mesu, ili proizvodima životinjskog porekla. Zvanični markeri za kontaminaciju nitrofuranima iz krvne plazme su: 3-amino-2-oksazolidinon - AOZ, 3-amino-5-morfolinometil-2oksazolidinon - AMOZ, 1-aminohidantoin - AHD i semikarbazid - SEM. Ranije izvedena validacija metode primenom UHPLC-MS/MS (ultra-visoko pritisna tečna hromatografija sa masenom spektrometrijom) (in house) za određivanje metabolita nitrofurana, primenjena je na uzorcima krvi životinja za klanje iz Vojvodine. Uzorci (5 uzoraka svinje i 5 uzoraka goveda) su pripremljeni u Laboratoriji za analizu mesa, Tehnološkog fakulteta (Novi Sad, Srbija) i poslati u Teagasc Food research centre (Republika Irska), gde su analizirani. Validacija je izvedena u opsegu od 0.2 do 5 μg kg-1 primenom fortifikovane plazme životinja. CCα i CCβ vrednosti su određene po zahtevima EU. Rezultati pokazuju da su svi uzorci bili negativni na prisustvo AHD, AOZ i AMOZ. U 3 uzorka plazme svinja detektovano je prisustvo SEM. Ovaj rad unapređuje potencijal za izvoz domaćih životinja u EU, putem demonstrate kapaciteta za prepoznavanje i kvantifikaciju rezidua zabranjenih antibiotika u krvi u skladu sa EU legislativom. Pružena je podrška razvoju domaće industrije i potencijalnom izvozu proizvoda od mesa uz savremeni monitoring.
