Changing the strategic approach supply chain: Focus on the customers

Abstract
The significantly changed economic conditions, required a new management approach, especially at the level of strategy. This new approach means today's focus on customers and their requirements. Also, it is new, critical look at the organization of the business process from the perspective of customers. Best support such a change of approach is the concept of supply chain management. This concept allows you to connect all phases and aspects of the process with the demand. Through an integrated supply chain process and cooperative partnership companies seek to achieve restructuring and optimizing the overall process and deliver the highest possible value to end customers. This allows effectiveness in relation to planned objectives and operational efficiency of the overall process. One of the key characteristics of a new strategic approach is the connection between the goals of the strategic, tactical and operational levels.
