Medijacija samosaosećanja i drugih konstrukata - značaj u rezilijentnosti, depresivnosti i anksioznosti kod studenata

Sažetak
Uvod. Savremena istraživanja ukazuju na postojane afektivne i sa stresom povezane poteškoće poput depresivnosti, anksioznosti i bliskih stanja među studentima različitih nivoa i smerova studija[1,2], probleme koje se mogu ispoljiti u kasnijim obrazovnim i profesionalnim usavršavanjima i delatnostima, u zavisnosti od trajanja i jačine stanja[3] ali i različite faktore koji mogu imati potencijalne protektivne uloge tokom celog procesa.[4,5] Cilj istraživanja. Da se utvrde medijacioni efekti varijabli pozitivne lateralne generalizacije, percipirane socijalne podrške i samosaosećanja, u odnosu depresivnosti i anksioznosti sa rezilijentnošću. Metod. Kros-sekciono istraživanje sprovedeno je u srpskom govornom području nad 147 studenata (108 žene (73,5%) i 39 muškaraca (26,5%)) različitih smerova i nivoa studija, i ispitano je šest zasebnih hipotetičkih modela relacije anksioznosti i depresivnosti sa rezilijentnošću, uz posredstvo tri medijatora: percipirane socijalne podrške, lateralne generalizacije i samosaosećanja. Rezultati. Rezultati ukazuju da ne postoji značajna veza između anksioznosti i percipirane socijalne podrške (r=-0.09; p>0.05) zbog čega nisu uspostavljeni uslovi za dalje sprovođenje medijacione analize za ovaj model. Percipirana socijalna podrška nije se pokazala kao značajan medijator u odnosu depresivnosti i rezilijentnosti (b=0.02; p >0.05, 95% Bca CI [-0.03, 0.08]) kao ni lateralna generalizacija (b=0.03; p>0.05, 95% Bca CI [-0.01, 0.10]) niti u slučaju između anksioznosti i rezilijentnosti (b=0.02; p>0.05, 95% Bca CI [-0.01, 0.09]), dok je značajan medijacioni efekat samosaosećanja uočen u relaciji depresivnosti i rezilijentnosti (b=-0.24; p<0.01, 95% Bca CI [-0.38, -0.13]; PM=0.50) kao i u relaciji anksioznosti i rezilijentnosti (b=-0.23; p<0.01 95% Bca CI [-0.38, -0.12]; PM=0.48). Zaključak. Nalazi ukazuju na važan doprinos samosaosećanja u stanjima anksioznosti i depresivnosti, kao i na potencijalnu ulogu u rezilijentnosti i blagostanju, ali smerove uticaja nije moguće ustanoviti s obzirom na kros-sekcionu prirodu istraživanja.
