Sažetak
U radu se analizira uticaj nesigurnosti na tržištu rada na mentalno zdravlje mladih u savremenim društvima. Pomenuta nesigurnost se posmatra kao deo novih rizika u (globalnom) rizičnom društvu. Otežane tranzicije u odraslost u najvećoj meri se odlikuju teškoćama u tranziciji od obrazovanja ka zaposlenju. Relativna sigurnost zaposlenja i "standardne" karijere ranijih generacija danas su zamenjene odloženim, fragmentisanim i diversifikovanim obrazovno-radnim životnim putanjama. Nametnuta individualizacija u uslovima oskudnih i nejednako raspoređenih resursa za posledicu može često imati i ugrožavanje mentalnog zdravlja mladih.
