Uticaj postupka kriogenog razvrtanja rupa na leguru titanijuma primenom Grejove relacione analize

Sažetak
Optimizacija procesnih parametara kod postupka razvrtanja uglavnom se koristi u cilju smanjenja troškova proizvodnje u industriji. Rad se bavi optimizacijom uticaja procesnih parametara na leguru titanijuma kod kriogenog razvrtanja. Razmatraju se ulazni parametri: rashladna sredina, brzina rezanja i brzina pomoćnog kretanja. Uticajni parametri razvrtanja su: temperatura rezanja, potisna sila, obrtni moment, hrapavost površine, kružnost i cilindričnost. Višeodzivna optimizacija - Grejova relaciona analiza se koristi za optimizaciju procesnih parametara. Što se manji broj parametara koristi za minimizaciju to su izlazni odzivi bolji i lakše je utvrditi koji faktor ima najveći uticaj na postupak razvrtanja. Optimalni uslovi se postižu kada parametar rezanja ima manju brzinu (10 m/min) i kada je brzina pomoćnog kretanja 0,1 mm/rev u uslovima hlađenja sa LN2 . Faktori od najvećeg uticaja na postupak razvrtanja su brzina pomoćnog kretanja, brzina rezanja i rashladna sredina.
