Sažetak
Jačanje turističke ponude na ruralnim područjima koje je postalo imanentno nakon devedesetih godina prošlog veka je pojačalo rivalitet među destinacijama. Utoliko i kvalitet pružanja usluga je, kako to mnoga istraživanja potvrđuju, jedan od presudnih faktora koje turisti imenuju kada daju ocenu o boravku u nekoj turističkoj destinaciji. Ovo se mora imati u vidu kako bi se ojačala konkurentska pozicija ovih mini destinacija. Upravo u tome leži šansa za punu kreativnost koje imaju stanovnici ovih sredina. Važnu ulogu u unapređenju nekih od pomenutih sadržaja mogao bi da odigra privatni sektor, odnosno mali biznis. Pravljenje parcijalnih turističkih programa zaslužuje podršku, naročito fiskalnu, ali i podršku u plasmanu, jer bi oni mogli da relativno brzo obogate vanpasionsku turističku ponudu i doprinesu naporima da se kroz nju efikasno predstave i tržišno valorizuju resursi kojima raspolažu ova područja. Na ovaj način bi mogle da se obezbede i osnove za dopunsku zaposlenost u privatnom sektoru bez značajnih inicijalnih ulaganja, što je opšti društveni interes, a da ova područja ubrzano počnu da se razvijaju.
Abstract
Strengthening the tourism offer in rural areas that has become immanent nineties after the amplifier rivalry between destinations. To that extent and quality of service is, as many studies confirm, is one of the key factors that are appointed when tourists give the assessment of the room in a tourist destination. This must be borne in mind in order to strengthen the competitive position of these mini destination. And here lies the opportunity for full creativity that have the residents of these communities. An important role in the advancement of some of these facilities could be played by the private sector and small business. Making partial tourist programs deserve support, especially fiscal, but also support in the placement, because they could relatively quickly extra services enrich the tourist offer and contribute to efforts to get through it effectively represent and market valorize resources at the disposal of these areas. In this way, they could provide the basis for additional employment in the private sector without significant initial investment, the general social interest, and in these areas rapidly begin to develop.
