Sažetak
U radu je prikazano epidemijsko javljanje zaraznih bolesti na području Beograda od 2004. do 2013. godine. Prema podacima iz godišnjih izveštaja o radu na sprečavanju, suzbijanju i eliminaciji zaraznih bolesti, u protekloj deceniji registrovana je 471 epidemija zaraznih bolesti, od toga 413 (87,7%) epidemija je nastalo u vanbolničkoj sredini sa 46.991 obolelom osobom, a 58 (13,3%) u zdravstvenim ustanovama na području Beograda, sa 860 obolelih. U vanbolničkoj sredini najčešće su bile epidemije salmoneloze (164 epidemije), a u bolničkoj sredini epidemije gripa (11 epidemija). Najveći broj obolelih (42.660 osoba) registrovan je u 18 epidemija gripa (7 epidemija u vanbolničkoj i 11 u bolničkoj sredini).
Abstract
The paper describes the epidemic occurrence of infectious diseases in the Belgrade area in the period from 2004 to 2013. According to the annual report on the work on prevention, control and elimination of infectious diseases in the past decade, it has been registered 471 epidemics of infectious diseases, of which 413 (87.7%) epidemic has occurred in the outpatient area with 46.991 infected individuals, and 58 (13.3%) in health care institutions in the Belgrade area, with 860 patients. In the outpatient environment, the most common were epidemics of salmonellosis (164 outbreaks), and in health care environment, outbreaks of influenza (11 epidemic). The largest number of cases (42.660 persons), has been registered in the 18 influenza epidemic (7 epidemics in outpatient and 11 in health care environment).
