Istraživanje zadovoljstva turista gastro ponudom Novog Sada

Sažetak
Vojvodina je od davnina poznata kao područje kvalitetne i raznovrsne hrane. S tim u vezi, gastro turizam u njenom glavnom gradu predstavlja jedan od atraktivnijih turističkih proizvoda. To je razlog zbog čega je u Novom Sadu sprovedeno istraživanje koje je imalo cilj da ispita zadovoljstvo domaćih i stranih turista gastro ponudom ovog grada. Rezultati istraživanja pokazuju da je gastro ponuda Novog Sada važan motiv u privlačenju i domaćih i stranih turista, ali da su njome ipak zadovoljniji strani turisti. Takođe, postoje razlike u stavovima između muškaraca i žena, jer muškarci iskazuju viši stepen zadovoljstva gastro ponudom u odnosu na žene, dok ostale sociodemografske karakteristike (obrazovanje i godine starosti) nisu povezane sa stepenom njihovog zadovoljstva. Rezultati istraživanja mogu biti od koristi pri izradi budućih strategija razvoja turizma Novog Sada i Vojvodine. Takođe, mogu poslužiti i kao model za analizu zadovoljstva turista drugim oblicima turističke ponude.
