Sažetak
Uvod. Za razliku od brojnih istraživanja dugoročnih posledica katastrofa na psihološko stanje ljudi, o akutnom uticaju nema mnogo studija. Cilj rada. Cilj ovog istraživanja bio je da se utvrdi uticaj bombardovanja na promenu ponašanja ljudi u Beogradu tokom vazdušnih napada 1999. godine. Metode rada. Posebno dizajniranim upitnikom intervjuisana je 231 osoba. Psihološko stanje ispitanika je analizirano pomoću psihometrijskog testa Symptom Checklist (SCL-90-R). Rezultati. Učesnici su prijavljivali strah i bes kao dominantna osećanja i većina se žalila na poremećaj spavanja, promene telesne težine i gubitak interesovanja za seksualne aktivnosti. Regresiona analiza skorova sa SCL-90-R testa pokazala je da su na pojavu anksioznosti i depresije kod ispitanika značajan uticaj imali starost i pol učesnika, dužina izloženosti stresu od vazdušnih napada i stanovanje u rizičnim delovima grada. Zaključak. Rezultati studije poboljšavaju naše razumevanje procesa kroz koje osobe prolaze tokom dugotrajnog bombardovanja. Oni mogu biti korisni službi mentalnog zdravlja u izboru prikladnih mera i aktivnosti podrške i pomoći ovim ljudima.
