Povezanost fizičkih sposobnosti učenika osmog razreda osnovne škole sa sportsko-specifičnim veštinama u nastavi fizičkog vaspitanja

Sažetak
Da bi se ostvarila kvalitetnija nastava fizičkog vaspitanja, učenici treba da budu uključeni u raznovrsne sportske aktivnosti koje unapređuju nivo fizičkih sposobnosti i osnovnih motoričkih veština, s obzirom na to da postoji pozitivan transfer između sportsko-specifičnih i osnovnih motoričkih veština čije formiranje značajno zavisi od nivoa fizičkih sposobnosti. Ovo istraživanje je imalo cilj da utvrdi povezanost između fizičkih sposobnosti i sportsko-specifičnih veština kod učenika osmog razreda osnovne škole. Takođe, trebalo je utvrditi i razlike u posmatranim varijablama u odnosu na pol. U testiranju je učestvovalo 60 učenika osmog razreda osnovne škole (dečaci N = 28, devojčice N = 32). Nivo fizičkih sposobnosti procenjen je baterijom testova (Modified agility "T" test, Illinois agility run test, sprinterska brzina na 20 m, bacanje medicinke sa grudi klečeći, 10h5 metara sprinterskog trčanja), dok je za sportsko-specifične veštine upotrebljen poligon sportskih igara (tehnički elementi fudbala i košarke). Osim deskriptivne statistike, upotrebljeni su jednofaktorska analiza varijanse za utvrđivanje efekta pola na rezultate u fizičkim sposobnostima i sportsko-specifičnim motoričkim veštinama i Pirsonov koeficijent korelacije za odnos između fizičkih sposobnosti i sportsko-specifičnih veština posmatrano u odnosu na ukupan uzorak i u odnosu na pol. Rezultati ukazuju na značajnu povezanost prostora fizičkih sposobnosti i sportsko-specifičnih veština učenika osmog razreda osnovne škole. Kada se govori o razlikama u rezultatima prema polu, značajnost postoji u svim varijablama.
