Abstract
The subject of this article is analysis of Pension funds and Insurance companies as leading institutional investors on capital market in developed market economies. Development of institutional investors expands the number of alternatives for mobilization and profitable investment of liquid funds the development of the securities market and the competition between the financial institutions, causing a reduction of costs and efficiency improvement of the intermediation process.
