Regresiona analiza deformacije zasnovana na FEM metodi kod primene jednoličnog ugaonog presovanja (ECAE)

Sažetak
Rad ima za cilj da izvrši generalizaciju baziranu na regresionoj analizi rezultata FEM simulacije, dobijenih primenom QForm 2D FEM softvera pri simulaciji protoka bakarnih obradaka kroz 20 ugaonih kalupa sa spoljašnjim i unutrašnjim poluprečnikom u zoni preseka kanala i širinom ulaznih i izlaznih kanala kalupa a = 35,4 mm. Regresione zavisnosti snage kod ECAE naprezanja, neravnomernog naprezanja i škarta sa prednje površine obratka izvedene su za 125 slučajeva simulacije kod ugaonog kanala pri različitim vrednostima presecanja uglova 650 ≤ 200 ≤ 1350 , unutrašnjeg i spoljašnjeg prečnika kalupa bez dimenzija 0,028 ≤ R/a; r/a ≤ 1,977 i dužine obratka bez dimenzija 5,226 ≤ L/a ≤ 16,836. Utvrđeno je dobro slaganje između rezultata dobijenih proračunom i objavljenih rezultata dobijenih eksperimentom i proračunom za naprezanje i ravnomernost naprezanja. Rezultati dobijeni regresionom analizom doprinose boljem razumevanju uticaja generalizovane geometrije ECAE i dužine obratka u uslovima pritiska na radnom predmetu od bakra.
