Učenje zasnovano na baštovanstvu

Sažetak
Rad čini teorijski pregled istraživanja, odnosno studija sprovedenih u okviru učenja zasnovanog na baštovanstvu. U prirodi deca mogu da usvajaju raznovrsna znanja, veštine, kao i da steknu ili upotpune svoju ekološku svesnost i sve to u ambijentu koji predstavlja svet živih primera. Čovek se sve više udaljava od prirode iako ona može mnogo toga da mu pruži i da bude podsticajno okruženje za učenje. Neophodno je vratiti joj se i osmisliti aktivnosti i programe u okviru kojih će učenici usvajati znanja u realnom svetu neposredno. U radu je napravljen osvrt na studije vezane za učenje bazirano na baštovanstvu i to u okviru pet domena: ekološki domen, domen školskih postignuća, domen ishranazdravlje, psiho-socijalni domen i domen percepcija. Mnogi istraživači kreirali su i primenili školske baštenske programe i projekte, putem kojih su ostvareni raznovrsni pozitivni uticaji na kognitivni, psiho-socijalni, moralni i fizički razvoj dece. Programi za učenje zasnovani na baštovanstvu rezultiraju povećanjem svesti o pravilnoj ishrani i svesti o životnoj sredini, višim postignućima u učenju i povećanjem životnih veština učenika. Iskustva stečena u bašti podstiču ekološku pismenost i veštine upravljanja, poboljšavaju svest o vezi između biljaka i naše odeće, hrane, načina života i osećaja blagostanja.
