Investigation influence of characteristics parameters of surface quality on some stainless steel at electrochemical scraping processing

Abstract
In the introduction of this paper the basics of the electrochemical process and the most important technological characteristics of electrochemical process with a description of the reactions in electrolytic element. Two characteristic examples of chemical reactions in electrolytic cells are presented. In the second part of this paper we studied influence of various parameters on surface quality for characteristic group of stainless steels. The mean arithmetic roughness Ra in the function of current density was measured in all experiments. Experiments were performed on the machine for electrochemical treatment on previous made tubes by using appropriate tools. In these experiments we studied different thermal state of the materials, various types and characteristics of used materials and its flow rate. Also, the influence of electrolyte mixtures was studied while the influence of corrosion effects is investigated for the characteristic construction steel. At the end of the paper discussion of the obtained experimental results were done.
