Sažetak
Savremeni načini turističke promocije postali su gotovo nezamislivi bez upotrebe Interneta. Veb-sajt kao jedan od najstarijih vidova prezentacija na Internetu i dalje ima značajnu ulogu koju ne treba zanemariti. Veb-sajt se u ovom radu posmatra kao osnov za ostvarivanje boljih promotivnih aktivnosti postojećih stomatoloških ustanova koje se bave zdravstvenim turizmom, tj. preciznije dentalnim turizmom. Zdravstveni turizam je jedan od potencijala za razvoj turizma u Republici Srbiji, ali taj potencijal trenutno nije u dovoljnoj meri iskorišćen. Cilj ovog rada je da da doprinos pregledu prakse marketing menadžmenta ustanova dentalnog turizma u Srbiji kroz ukazivanje na stanje onlajn prisutnosti zdravstvenih ustanova koje su istaknute od strane Ministarstva zdravlja Republike Srbije. Četrdeset stomatoloških ustanova je analizirano sa stanovišta postojanja zvaničnog veb-sajta kao i strukturnih i sadržajnih karakteristika veb-sajta.
