Uticaj autentične hrane na odabir turističke destinacije

Sažetak
Hrana je svakako jedan od veoma važnih elemenata na svakom putovanju. Većina turista na putovanju priželjkuje da proba nešto novo i nesvakidašnje. Autentična hrana je jednim delom i predstavljanje nekog naroda kao i nekog regiona. Cilj ovog rada je da utvrdi da li je turistima hrana bitan činilac u odabiru turističke destinacije i da li prilikom odlaska sa te destinacije kupuju autentične proizvode kako bi mogli da preporuče nekome da proba proizvode iz tog regiona. U istraživanju su učestvovali turisti koji su posetili Srbiju (N=55). Podaci su obrađeni deskripktivnom metodom. Na osnovu obrađenih podataka, veliki broj ispitanika uglavnom bira turističku destinaciju zbog autentične hrane i kupuje proizvode koji su karakteristični za taj region, time nagoveštava da mu se svidela hrana i da će opet posetiti određenu turističku destinaciju.
