Glavni faktori koji utiču na konkurentnost kompleksa za preradu ulja

Sažetak
Razvoj ekonomske situacije u Rusiji poslednjih godina karakteriše postizanje stabilizacije na makro nivou, jačanje investicione aktivnosti, proširenje obima aktivnosti prerađivačke industrije, jačanje poverenja javnosti u domaću robu i gotove proizvode. Neophodnost istraživanja uzrokovana je činjenicom da u Rusiji ekonomska konkurencija u sektoru prerade ulja i masti postaje sve oštrija, takođe postoji problem nedostatka organizacija za obuku koje bi razmatrale uticaj spoljnih faktora i konkurentsku prednosti industrije kako bi se osigurala finansijska stabilnost. Svrha istraživanja je proučavanje karakteristika faktora koji utiču na konkurentnost kompleksa za preradu ulja. Na osnovu izvora ekonomske literature, autori su komparacijom proučavali konkurentnost proizvodnje biljnog ulja i identifikovali probleme nedovoljne metodološke podrške za proučavanje uticaja faktora koji određuju trenutno stanje na tržištu biljnog ulja, metode i pristupe za procenu konkurentnosti organizacija. Vodeći pravac je sveobuhvatan pristup koji su autori predstavili u radu, uključujući sagledavanje domaćeg i međunarodnog iskustva u određivanju faktora unutrašnjeg i spoljnog okruženja koji utiču na razvoj industrije. Izložena je studija tradicionalnog sistema procene konkurentnosti biljnih ulja, koju su predložili ruski i strani naučnici. Kao rezultat sprovedenog istraživanja utvrđeno je da se savremene domaće i strane metode analize konkurentnosti biljnih ulja ne razlikuju u kvalitetu i da imaju nedostatke. Autori su primetili da analiza koncepta konkurentnosti biljnih ulja ne uzima u obzir pokazatelje kvaliteta, da nisu uvek u potpunosti predstavljeni sastav i struktura koncepta, da nisu opravdani organizacioni i metodološki pristupi analizi koncepta konkurentnosti koji se primenjuju u oblasti biljnih ulja. Istraživači primećuju potrebu za objektivnom procenom analize koncepta konkurentnosti biljnih ulja kako bi ga dopunili detaljnijom studijom poboljšanja nivoa konkurentnosti. Prema njihovom mišljenju, nedostatak jedinstvene definicije pojma "konkurentnost proizvoda" jedan je od najtežih u formiranju adekvatnog pristupa proceni pojave. To dovodi do činjenice da je najčešća procena uporedna procena sličnih biljnih ulja sa etanolom. Studija koju su sproveli autori ima naučni i praktični značaj i omogućiće da se razvije metodološki aparat (parametri i kriterijumi za procenu nivoa konkurentnosti biljnih ulja) u skladu sa zahtevima industrije u svetskoj ekonomiji, kao i da se formira skup strateških i taktičkih upravljačkih odluka za poboljšanje konkurentnosti biljnih ulja i mehanizama interakcije u stvaranju konkurentske prednosti i jačanju tržišne pozicije biljnih ulja.
