Legal framework of social market economy

Abstract
In this article the author deals with definition and analysis of social market economy as the model of economic policy based on ideas of social justice and rule of law which is currently the leading principle in economic regulation in countries of European Union. Author is performing a specific analysis of particular institutions of law (antitrust law, consumer protection law, labor law and foreign exchange law) which constitute the skeleton of this kind of economic regulation from the aspect of domestic legal system and giving reference for further development of these institutes with aim to move domestic economic environment closer to the ideal of social state.
Sažetak
U ovom članku autor se bavi definicijom i analizom socijalne tržišne privrede kao ekonomsko-političkog modela zasnovanog na idejama socijalne pravde i vladavine prava koji danas predstavlja vodeći princip u regulisanju privrednih odnosa u zemljama Evropske unije. Autor vrši specifičnu analizu pojedinih pravnih instituta koji predstavljaju okosnicu ovakvog privrednog uređenja sa aspekta domaćeg pravnog sistema i daje preporuke za dalji razvoj ovih instituta kojim bi se domaće privredno uređenje približilo idealu socijalne države.
