Sažetak
U radu se analizira model upotrebe snaga baziran na efektima, koji je integrisan u doktrinarnim i normativnim dokumentima naših oružanih snaga. Ovaj pristup je dobio na značaju početkom devedesetih godina prošlog veka, od kada je činio osnovu za većinu vojnih operacija koje su izvodili SAD i NATO. Analiza pristupa baziranog na efektima izvršena je sa akcentom na dostupnu literaturu kojom je ovo pitanje uređeno i razmatrano.
