Abstract
Without investments there is no development and improvement. Attracting investment, especially those foreign, is mostly depended of the attractiveness of business environment of the host region or country. The importance of the foreign direct investments is more important for countries or regions that are in the process of transition and belongs to a group of undeveloped or countries in development such as Serbia. World Bank and International Finance Corporation (IFC), has been doing study 'Doing business' for more than 180 countries in the world. From the year 2010. This study has been done for the territory of Kosovo and Metohija according to the UN Security Council resolution 1244. In this paper we will analyze business conditions on the territory of KiM according to the data given from World Bank for the territory of KiM.
