Communication competence in higher educational institutions

Abstract
Process of quality monitoring, measuring and analyzes delvers important information about the conformity of implemented organizational system with planned one. The basic professional competencies of engineering teachers are: educational competency, program competency and communication competency. The paper investigates engineering teachers communication competency (components: interaction involvement, conflict resolution style and team-work attitudes) and formative impact of teachers professional dealing on the communication competency development. Engineers in teaching and engineers out of teaching demonstrate the similar communication characteristics, and very rarely differences. There is conclusion that teaching work doesn't make spontaneous socialization of communication competence at the communication level formative to more effectiveness teaching interaction. It is necessary to teaching teachers' communication skills both at the initial education for the teaching work, and continually at the professional dealing. The aim of these activities was establishing the quality system in our education. Authors emphasize the significance of process of monitoring, measuring and analysis of quality in higher educational institutions with this manuscript.
