Unapređenje dizajna mlaznica korišćenih u postupku kalupnog izlivanja zamak mašinom pod visokim pritiskom

Sažetak
Ubrizgavanje lakih legura je zahtevna inženjerska aktivnost jer treba da održava industrijsku konkurentnost. Visoke temperature u procesu proizvodnje izazivaju intenzivno habanje komponenata, što traži neprekidno poboljšanje postupka. Cilj rada je rešenje problema preteranog habanja mlaznica za ubrizgavanje koje se koriste u procesu livenja i problema električnog otpora kako bi se produžio radni vek mlaznica i industrijska konkurentnost pri izlivanju jeftinih delova zamak mašinom u automobilskoj industriji. Za rešenje problema preranog habanja mlaznica za ubrizgavanje korišćen je metod akcionog istraživanja koji je preko nekoliko iteracija omogućio da se dizajnira poboljšana mlaznica, pa time i reši problem električnog otpora, čime je produžen radni vek komponenata, bezbednost postupka i prenošenje i primena znanja u drugim sličnim situacijama.
