Sažetak
Korišćenje biljnih ostataka kao goriva ima dugu tradiciju u poljoprivredi Vojvodine. U poslednjih dvadeset godina razvijeno je i primenjeno u praksi mnogo različitih termičkih postrojenja. Ispitivanja su pokazala da većina ovih postrojenja ima malu energetsku efikasnost. Mala efikasnost je signal za visoku emisiju zagađivača. To prouzrokuje finansijske gubitke i probleme zaštite životne sredine. Nema domaćih propisa i stručnih uputstava u vezi sa navedenim. Cilj ovog rada je da se predlože specifični uslovi za buduću organizaciju testiranja termičkih postrojenja, kao i za donošenje i primenu domaćih propisa. Takođe, date su preporuke za željene intervale efikasnosti i emisiju zagađivača u termičkim postrojenjima.
Abstract
Use of crop residues for fuel has a long tradition in the agricultural area of the province of Vojvodina. In the last twenty years a lot of different thermal plants have been developed and applied in practice. Measurements have shown that most of the plants have low energy efficiency. Low efficiency is also a signal for high emission of pollutants. It causes financial losses and environmental problems. There are no domestic legislative and professional guidelines related to this issue. The aim of this paper is to propose specific conditions for future organization of thermal plant testing, as well as for creation and application of domestic legislation. Also, it’s given recommendations for desirable range of efficiency and emission pollutants in plants.
