Lipofilnost i antifungalna aktivnost nekih 2-supstituisanih derivata benzimidazola

Sažetak
U ovom radu ispitana je antifungalna aktivnost nekih 2-metil i 2-amino derivata benzimidazola prema kvascu Saccharomyces cerevisiae. Ispitivana jedinjenja pokazala su in vitro antifungalnu aktivnost i za sva jedinjenja određena je minimalna inhibitorna koncentracija (MIC). Za ispitivana jedinjenja koeficijenti raspodele određeni su 'shake flask' metodom (logP) i teoretskim izračunavanjem (clogP). Dobijene logP vrednosti su upoređene i ispitane su zavisnosti između logP vrednosti i antifungalne aktivnosti. Razvijeni su matematički modeli za predviđanje antifungalne aktivnosti ove grupe jedinjenja. Kvalitet modela potvrđen je LOO (leave one out) tehnikom, kao i izračunavanjem statističkih parametara za postavljene modele. Rezultati ovog rada mogli bi da posluže u dizajniranju novih još aktivnijih derivata benzimidazola prema kvascu Saccharomyces cerevisiae.
