Predviđanje inhibitorne aktivnosti nekih derivata benzimidazola prema Bacillus spp.

Sažetak
U ovom radu, primenom QSAR (quantitative structure-activity relationship) analize, ispitana je antibakterijska aktivnost nekih derivata 1-benzilbenzimidazola prema Gram-pozitivnoj bakteriji Bacillus spp. Ispitivana jedinjenja pokazala su in vitro antibakterijsku aktivnost i za sva jedinjenja određena je minimalna inhibitorna koncentracija (MIC). Za ispitivana jedinjenja deskriptori lipofilnosti određeni su teoretskim izračunavanjem (ClogP). Ispitana je korelacija između minimalne inhibitorne koncentracije (log1/cMIC) i deskriptora lipofilnosti. Razvijeni su matematički modeli za predviđanje antibakterijske aktivnosti ove grupe jedinjenja. Kvalitet modela potvrđen je LOO (leave one out) tehnikom, kao i izračunavanjem statističkih parametara za postavljene modele. Rezultati ovog rada mogli bi da posluže u dizajniranju novih derivata benzimidazola još aktivnijih prema Bacillus spp.
