Influence of creative management on organizational innovations inside cultural institutions
Sažetak
Izvestan broj istraživačkih studija ispitivao je menadžment i liderstvo koji vode ka kreativnosti, međutim ova ispitivanja su do današnjih dana još uvek u povoju i nedostaje im opšti organizacioni okvir u kome su ugrađeni aspekti menadžmenta koji vodi ka kreativnosti, kao i evaluacija uloge liderstva u ovom procesu. Stoga se ovaj rad bavi ispitivanjem uticaja kreativnosti menadžera na organizacione inovacije ustanove kulture. Kreativnost menadžera, koja se karakteriše kreativnim stilom u upravljanju, suštinski se odnosi na liderski stil poznatiji pod imenom transformaciono liderstvo. Izvesni nalazi u literaturi pružili su dokaze da ovaj oblik liderstva ima uticaja na kreativnost zaposlenih i inovacije u organizacionom kontekstu, stoga ovaj rad pruža osnovu budućim istraživačima u daljim ispitivanjima ovih oblasti.
Abstract
Although a few research studies have examined the management and leadership that leads to creativity, lack is evident overall organizational framework in which are incorporated aspects of leadership leads to creativity, and therefore, the evaluation of the leadership role in this process. Therefore, this study examines the impact of managerial creativity on organizational innovation of cultural institutions. Creative manager, which is characterized by the creative style of management, essentially refers to the leadership style known as transformational leadership. Certain literature provided that this form of leadership has an impact on the employees' creativity and innovation of in the organizational context. This form of management or leadership turns out to be essential during the transition process, due to huge number of changes which are challenges for management of cultural institutions. Dynamic environment in which organizations work, modern leadership qualities should refer to capacity for nurturing creativity of employees. Many of the negative effects can be diminished if the leaders possess characteristics that imply transformational leadership. Therefore, in this paper discuss that creative management leads to organizational innovation of cultural institutions.
