Abstract
It is obvious that owing to bigger requirements of the contemporary working place, education and training of the employees is very important. In the time of strong rivalty, training of either basic skills or more advanced ones is key to success. The subject of interest in this paper is potential for e-learning of employees. Within this topic we discussed the ways in which adults learn, than the environment of the organisation which stimulates them and where training is organised, preconditions for efficient training gin the environment of e-learning and analyses of the existing experience. According to the reviews, connected to the strategy of management, human resources of Europe and America, there is great interest foe education and training supported by e-learning: starting from the raising of level of efficiency and quality of training, lessening the time needed and the expenses of training and overcoming two restrictive factors and those are space and time. Apart from the stated facts, introducing inter-active multimedia the training seems to attractive and efficient. Quality e-trading motivates the students lessening or eliminating the number of participants who give up.
