Training of employees in the system of e-learning
Obuka zaposlenih u sistemu e-učenja
Project: Concepts and strategies of providing quality basic Education and pedagogical work (MESTD - 179020)
Abstract
It is obvious that owing to bigger requirements of the contemporary working place, education and training of the employees is very important. In the time of strong rivalty, training of either basic skills or more advanced ones is key to success. The subject of interest in this paper is potential for e-learning of employees. Within this topic we discussed the ways in which adults learn, than the environment of the organisation which stimulates them and where training is organised, preconditions for efficient training gin the environment of e-learning and analyses of the existing experience. According to the reviews, connected to the strategy of management, human resources of Europe and America, there is great interest foe education and training supported by e-learning: starting from the raising of level of efficiency and quality of training, lessening the time needed and the expenses of training and overcoming two restrictive factors and those are space and time. Apart from the stated facts, introducing inter-active multimedia the training seems to attractive and efficient. Quality e-trading motivates the students lessening or eliminating the number of participants who give up.
Sažetak
Očigledno je da je zbog sve većih zahteva današnjeg radnog mesta obrazovanje i obuka zaposlenih izuzetno važna. U vremenu jake konkurencije obuka, bilo osnovnih veština ili naprednijih znanja postoje ključna za uspeh organizacija. Predmet interesovanja u ovom radu su potencijali e-učenja za obrazovanje i obuku zaposlenih. U okviru ove teme bavili smo se načinom na koji odrasli uče; zatim ambijentom organizacije koja stimuliše učenje i organizuje obuku; preduslovima za efikasnu obuku u okruženju e-učenja i analizom postojećih iskustava.. Prema izveštajima vezanim za strategiju menadžmenta ljudskim resursima, Evrope i Amerike, velika je zainteresovanost za obrazovanje i obuku podržanom tehnologijama e-učenja. Rezultati istraživanja ukazuju da postoji više razloga za korišćenje e-učenja: počev od podizanja nivoa efikasnosti i kvaliteta obuke, smanjenja potrebnog vremena i troškova obuke pa do prevazilaženja dva ograničavajuća faktora a to su vreme i prostor. Pored navedenog, uvođenje interaktivnih multimedija obuku čini atraktivnijom i efektnijom. Kvalitetna e-obuka motiviše polaznike smanjujući ili eliminišući broj polaznika koji odustaju od obuke.
