Sa dirigentom ili bez njega - komparativna analiza modela liderstva u mužičkom ansamblu

Sažetak
U traganju muzičkih ansambala za inovativnijim modelom organizacije rada i umetničkog procesa, u poslednjih desetak godina razvili su se primeri muzičkih ansambala koji sprovode netradicionalne umetničko-izvođačke odluke i organizacione prakse. Ovaj radje zamišljen kao istraživanje i analiza dominantnih modela liderstva (organizovanja tj. vođenja poslova) na primeru muzičkih ansambala i iskustava samih muzičara. Cilj rada je da prepozna i definiše modele liderstva koji podstiču povećanje motivacije i produktivnosti muzičara unutar muzičkih ansambala. Rad će konkretno istražiti veze i razlike između dva dominantna modela liderstva, liderstva dirigenta i kolaborativnog liderstva. Takođe, rad će pored analize primera dva modela liderstva, opisati i eksperiment koji je sproveo Ansambl Metamorfozis primenivši dva dominantna liderska modela. Ansambl Metamorfozis je, u nastojanju da poveća motivaciju muzičara i produktivnost rada, tragao za novim menadžerskim modelom organizovanja rada i novim modelom liderstva. Cilj ovog rada je,dakle, da istraži efekte liderskih modela na poboljšanje umetničkog kvaliteta i motivacije muzičara, psihološke klime i sveukupnog povećanja produktivnosti.
