Effect of internal factors on managerial stress in organizations

Abstract
Modern organization, acting in a turbulent business environment, is faced with numerous external and internal factors, which exert a direct or indirect effect on their behavior and achieved results. While external factors are the external environment, which presents opportunities and threats for business activities, internal factors represent the strengths and weaknesses i. e. internal business capabilities of the organization. Internal factors, i. e. business activity, business culture and organizational structure, have a significant impact on managerial stress in organizations, depending on the management philosophy, but their effect depends on the action of external factors, with which the internal factors are in correlation. In this context, human resources management is a key factor for business success of a modern organization, which is significant from the aspect of management of managerial stress in the direction of improvement of the efficiency of performance of particular business activities, as well as the realization of total results of the organization on the market This paper deals with the influence of internal factors on managerial stress in organizations in a systematic and analytical way. Moreover, the paper should provide an answer on the manner of timely and adequate diagnosing of the impact of internal factors on managerial stress to ensure its correct routing, and thus achievement of optimal business results of the organization.
