Istraživanje sistema menadžmenta
Sažetak
Cilj rada je da se utvrdi da li se i kojoj meri, podudaraju teorija i praksa menadžmenta u Srbiji. U radu se najpre teorijski elaborira fenomen sistema menadžmenta a zatim iznose i interpretiraju rezultati istraživanja u srpskim preduzećima.
Abstract
The purpose of this issue is to find out the degree of coincide of theory and practice of management in Serbia. First part of reading is devoted to theoretical examination of management system fenomen, in second part we give and interpret the result of Serbian company management system exploration.
