Abstract
Management of the sub processes management that includes a greater number of individual tasks and activities. The process is actually keeping communication between managers and workers. To make this communication to be successful, it should be two-way. How do the dvosmernost successful and thus increase the efficiency and effectiveness of building a business system is the subject of this paper.
Sažetak
Vođenje je podproces menadžmenta koje obuhvata veći broj pojedinačnih poslova i aktivnosti. Proces vođenja je ustvari komunikacija između rukovodioca i radnika. Da bi ta komunikacija bila uspešna, ona treba da bude dvosmerna. Kako tu dvosmernost učiniti uspešnijom i na taj način povećati efikasnost i efektivnost građevinskog poslovnog sistema tema je ovog rada.
