Kvaliteta života stanovništva Hrvatske
Sažetak
(ne postoji na srpskom)
The subject of this article is the attempt of empirical measuring of the quality of life (as a dimension of social welfare) of inhabitants in Croatia and the analysis of relationship between the social structure and social welfare. The social welfare is measured by following indicators: housing, food, health, work conditions, re-creation and education. The basic measure of this analysis is the index of quality of life. Using the data of a survey we constructed 17 basic indexes for the six indicators and a synthetic index of the social welfare as a whole. The general conclusion is the following: social groups and quality of social welfare (with the exception of elementary indicators like food and health), or more generally - the social structure and quality of life in dimension of social welfare - are statistically correlated.
