Problem klasifikacije kriza
Crises classification issue
Univerzitet u Beogradu, Fakultet bezbednosti, Srbija
Abstract
The paper points out methodological and other difficulties related to any attempt at classifying crises, but it also emphasizes the necessity to establish a typology of crises, both from the theoretical and practical aspects. Early attempts at creating such a typology have been shown with reference to their most conspicuous shortcomings. Two modern typologies have also been presented. The first one presents an attempt at classifying crises with respect to their predictability and manageability (i.e. the possibility of exerting influence on them), and the other one tries to harmonize objective and subjective (perceptive) aspects of a crisis.
