E-učenje kao instrument održivog razvoja
E-learning as a tool for sustainable development
Sažetak
U modernim uslovima, koje nameće e-biznis, gde se poslovanje realizuje na principima 24/7/365, i ekonomija zasnovana na znanju, kompanije moraju sve više i rigidnije da insistiraju na posedovanju odgovarajućih kompetencija zaposlenih. Ovaj aktuelan problem bi se mogao velikim delom rešiti primenom koncepta e-učenja (e-learning), čime bi ujedno bila implementirana i strategija doživotnog učenja u funkciji održivog razvoja. Visokoobrazovne institucije mogu velikim delom učestvovati u ovom tržišnom procesu, nudeći e-learning treninge i edukacije prilagođene potrebama kompanija. Takođe se mogu razvijati i posebna softverska rešenja bazirana na veb tehnologijama, koja ujedno podstiču razvoj znanja kod pojedinaca i timova kao jedan od najbitnijih i ujedno najmanje vidljivih delova kompanijskih resursa. U ovom radu će biti prikazani i nekoliko mogućih rešenja koja omogućavaju unapređenje pojedinačnog, timskog i korporativnog znanja u funkciji održivog razvoja.
Abstract
In modern business conditions, where e-business imposed the 24/7/365 principle, and economy is based on knowledge, companies have to insist persistently and rigidly on an appropriate competencies and know-how of employees. This presents a real problem that can be solved through the application of e-learning concept that will also implements the strategy of long-life learning in sustainable development. Higher education institutions can take a part in this market process, offering e-learning training and education tailored to the needs of companies. In addition, specific Web-based software solutions can be developed, which also encourage the development of knowledge of individuals and teams as one of the most important but the least visible parts of company's resources. This paper will present some of the possible solutions that enable improvement, teamwork and corporate knowledge in terms of sustainable development.
