Sažetak
U razvoju menadžmenta kao naučne discipline pojavile su se nove, specijalizovane upravljačke discipline kao što su project management, strategic management, upravljanje promenama i dr. Povezivanje ovih disciplina, posebno u domenu primene, je veoma značajno za dalji razvoj menadžmenta i ovih disciplina. U ovom radu je prikazana jedna mogućnost povezivanja strateškog menadžmenta i project managementa. To je učinjeno kroz definisanje jedne procedure za primenu strategije u procesu strateškog menadžmenta, korišćenjem koncepta project managementa baziranog na standardnom softverskom paketu (standard computer software).
Abstract
Within management as scientific discipline there have emerged new specialized management disciplines such as project management, strategic management, management of change, etc. Integrating these disciplines, especially in the domain of practical implementation, is of great importance for further development of both management and these individual disciplines. This paper treats one possible way of integrating strategic management and project management. This has been done by means of defining a procedure for strategy implementation in the strategic management process, through utilization of the project management concept based on standard computer software.
