Sažetak
U tržišnim ekonomijama Evropske Unije postoji potreba za pravovremenim adekvatnim i integrisanim poslovnim informacijama. Upravo je ta potreba uslovila razvoj konsaltinga kao specifične aktivnosti pomaganja menadžerima preduzeća da reše probleme u poslovanju za koje nemaju dovoljno stručnosti znanja i menadžerskih sposobnosti. Konsultanti su objektivni i nepristrasni, te lakše identifikuju problem, zatim generišu ideje na osnovu kojih predlažu konkretne akcije. Poslednjih godina konsalting se u Evropi razvijao putem strukturnih promena u konsalting sektoru koji je imao kapacitet da doprinese poslovnim performansama, inovacijama i vrednosti klijenata.
Abstract
In market economies of European Union there is a need for timely, adequate and integrate corporate information. It was that need that enabled the development of consultancy, a form of a specific activity for helping managers in companies solve the business-related problems on which they don t have enough knowledge or managerial abilities. Consultants are objective and impartial, therefore they identify problems more easily and, than, they generate ideas based on which, concrete action is suggested. Consulting in Europe has developed in the past year, through practical structural changes into a consolidated sector which has the capacity to contribute business performances, innovations and value to clients.
