Efficiency of organizational models in times of economic crisis
Sažetak
U uslovima tržišnog privređivanja primenjeni organizacioni model kao sistem uspostavljanja organizacije rada predstavlja reprezentanta konkretnog proizvodnog subjekta. Otuda se, u uslovima tekuće svetske ekonomske krize, s obzirom na njen negativan uticaj na poslovne rezultate svakog privrednog subjekta, logično pojavio problem smanjene efikasnosti primenjenih organizacionih modela u privrednim subjektima, za čije se rešenje u teoriji nude razni pristupi koji u osnovi imaju parcijalni karakter. Upravo iz tih razloga, na primeru privrede Srbije, tokom 2012. godine izvršeno je jedno sondažno istraživanje, koje je omogućilo podelu primenjene organizacije na tradicionalne (krute) i timske (elastične) modele. Na osnovu toga, u ovom istraživanju kreiran je celovit sistem merenja i upoređivanja parcijalne i ukupne efikasnosti dominantno primenjenih i drugih organizacionih modela u uslovima turbulentnog privređivanja. Njegovom primenom se došlo do konstatacije po kojoj je izmerena efikasnost posmatranih organizacionih modela međusobno slična i pretežno niska, što je omogućilo projektovanje njihovih unapređenja. Ovi rezultati, kao takvi, svakako su veoma značajni za teoriju i praksu organizovanja rada u privrednim subjektima u kriznom privređivanju, s tim što ih treba verifikovati realizacijom istorodnog kompleksnijeg istraživanja.
Abstract
In terms of market economy, the applied organizational model used for establishing work organization is representative for the specific production entity. Hence, in terms of the current global economic crisis, and considering its negative impact on the operating results of each economic subject, a logical problem of reduced effectiveness of the applied organizational models within the economic subjects has appeared. For the solution of this problem, from a theoretical point of view, a variety of approaches are offered in literature, but they all address the problem only partially. Analyzing the example of Serbian economy, we can see that during 2012 a probing research was performed, which enabled the division of applied organization to traditional (solid) and team (elastic) models. Based on this, the authors of this study have created a comprehensive system of measurement and comparison of partial and total efficiency of dominantly applied and other organizational models in a turbulent economic time. By applying the mentioned system, we arrived at a conclusion that the measured efficiency of the observed organizational models is almost the same and generally low, which leaves ample opportunity for their improvement. These results, as such, are certainly very important both for theory and practice when organizing work within economic subjects in times of economic crisis, but they should be verified by a similar yet more complex research.
