Sažetak
Menadžment se ne može definisati. Menadžment se definiše kao funkcija upravljanja, funkcija rukovođenja, kao poslovna politika preduzeća i sl., a to i jeste u sadržaju menadžmenta, ali nije sve. On je širi i ne odnosi se ni aplikuje samo na preduzeće, već ima široka područja aktivnosti kao što su grane i oblasti privredne aktivnosti itd. Kada se kaže menadžment sve je rečeno, ali i više. On je nešto posebno. U njemu se inglobira celokupan život preduzeća, grane, oblasti privredne aktivnosti do globalnih nacionalnih ekonomija i celokupnosti društveno-ekonomskih odnosa - sve aktivnosti u pravdu izabranog i postavljenog cilja.
Abstract
Management cannot be defined. It is sometimes defined as a function of managing, a function of running a firm, as business policy of a firm etc. although all this is the contents of management, that is not all. Management is a larger concept; it is not only connected or applied to a firm, but it has a larger field of activity such as branches of different areas of economic activity, etc. When we say "management", everything is said, but even more. It is something special. The whole "life" of a firm is incorporated in it, as well as of tae whole branch, area of economic activity, all the way to global national economies and the wholeness of socio economic relationships - all activities leading to a chosen target aim.
