Measuring the efficiency of trade company web communications

Abstract
Web can transform the policy of communication in a trade company in great extent. The communications of data are the core of the Internet development and have a significant influence on all trade companies. The basic and main task for a trade company is linked for detection of consciousness attractiveness, contact, conversion and retention of the customers, all in sake of increased understanding of customers needs and demands about services and products. The measurement of efficiency of communication policy represents the long-range question on what is almost impossible to get the adequate answer. The described model of Web site efficiency has to assure maximum efficiency of data using, that would entirely obtain justification for communication through Web sites.
