Ispitivanje morfoloških karakteristika mirođije i kvaliteta etarskog ulja ploda

Sažetak
Mirođija (Anethum graveolens L.) je jednogodišnja aromatična biljka iz familije Apiaceae. Koristi se kao začin i suplement u ishrani za prevenciju mnogih bolesti, ali i kao prirodni antibiotik i ekološki insekticid. U našoj zemlji dobro uspeva i daje plodove odličnog kvaliteta. U istraživanjima izvedenim 2012. godine na eksperimentalnim poljima u Mošorinu, Velikim Radincima i Ostojićevu pri različitim zemljišnim i mikroklimatskim uslovima gajena je lokalna populacije mirođije. Cilj je bio da se ispita uticaj lokaliteta na morfološke karakteristike biljke. Ustanovljeno je da se visina biljaka kretala od 86,30 do 98,13 cm, dok je broj obrazovanih štitova po biljci bio 4,25-5,08. Masa suvih biljaka se kretala od 13,14 do 17,57 g, a prinos ploda po biljci varirao je od 2,21 do 2,78 g, dok je masa 1000 semena bila od 1,25 do 1,41 g. Svi ovi parametri bili su najveći na lokalitetu Mošorin na kome je zabeležena najveća količina fosfora u zemljištu. Prečnik štitova bio je ujednačen, i iznosio je 4,27 cm i na njega nije uticala lokacija gajenja. Pored toga, cilj ispitivanja je bio i da se odredi kvalitet plodova na osnovu sadržaja etarskog ulja i hemijskog sastava. Sadržaj etarskog ulja kretao se od 3,32 do 3,66%, ali nije bilo statistički značajne razlike između ispitivanih lokaliteta. U etarskom ulju mirođije identifikovano je 15 komponenti, a dominirali su karvon (51,7-54,5%)i limonen (40,6-43,1%). Na osnovu dobijenih rezultata može se konstatovati da lokalitet značajno utiče na kvalitet etarskog ulja u plodovima mirođije.
