Sažetak
Rad ima za predmet posebnu vrstu ljudskih prava - prava solidarnosti (kolektivna prava, prava "treće generacije"), za koja se vezuju mnoge kontroverze. U uvodnom delu rada određeni su pojam, značaj i pravna priroda ovih prava, dok je u posebnom delu rada ukazano na neka od njih. Preciznije autor je kao najreprezentativnija prava solidarnosti analizirao pravo na mir i međunarodnu bezbednost, pravo na zdravu životnu okolinu, pravo na razvoj i pravo na upravljanje nacionalnim resursima.
