Corporative bank performances

Abstract
The performance of banks includes a realized profit, quantity and quality of business, competitiveness on the financial market, efficiency and effectivity of bank business. Corporative performances of banks could be classified like top-class, middle range or low performances. Wining revenues (profit) represents long term performance of bank that is connected with a range of short-term performances. Moreover, general and functional performance natural and monetary, performances that can be quantified and once that can’t, also there are corporative and portfolio performances of the bank. From the corporative performances of banks aspect, it is very important to make a different between net interest spread and net interest margin. Analysis of corporative performances of banks points, that is necessary to differentiate between: (1) return of asset (ROA), (2) return of equity (ROE) and (3) internal growth capital rate. Analysis of corporative performances of banks needs to be in function of bank management, in case of defining strategic plan and choosing (selecting) alternative strategic solutions.
