Sažetak
Proces "redizajniranja " balkanskog regiona ulazi u završnu fazu. Težište međunarodne diplomatske aktivnosti premešta se sa Bosne i Hercegovine na prostor Srbije i Crne Gore - na Kosovo i Metohiju. Internacionalizovanjem krize na Kosovu i Metohiji, praktično se jedno unutrašnje pitanje Republike Srbije izdiže na spoljašnju - internacionalnu ravan sa velikom opasnošću da i ovo međunarodno arbitriranje, kao i sva prethodna, u konačnom rešenju, buce na štetu Srbije i srpskog naroda. Ovaj rad je pokušaj da se još jednom ukaže na tu opasnost i podseti stručna, domaća i međunarodna javnost na neke važne istorijske činjenice o viševekovnim težnjama Albanaca da, uz pomoć svetskih centara moći, stvore "Veliku Albaniju", te da upozori na moguće kulturno-civilizacijske, geopolitičke, geostrateške i vojno-političke posledice ostvarenja takve nacionalističko-šovinističke ideje na Balkanu. Cilj rada je da čitaocima pruži verodostojne i istinite informacije o najvažnijim aspektima antievropskog i antidemokratskog projekta "Velike Albanije"i njegovim mogućim posledicama po mir i bezbednost u čitavom regionu Balkana.
Abstract
The process of redesigning" the Balkan area is nearing its final stage. The focus of the international diplomatic activity is moving from Bosnia and Herzegovina onto the area of Serbia and Montenegro -namely, Kosovo and Metohija. The internationalization of the crisis in Kosovo and Metohija practically raises an internal issue of the Republic of Serbia onto an external, international, level, threatening that this in ternational arbitration may likely reach the final solutions as harmful to Serbia and the Serb nation as all the former ones. This paper is an attempt to point once again to the above-mentioned threat and to remind the professional, national and international com munities of certain important historical facts about the centuries-long aspirations of Albanians to create, with support of world centers of power, the,,Great Albania". It also warns of possible cultural-civilizational, geopolitical, geostrategic, and politico-military conse quences of the implementation of such a nationalist-chauvinist idea in the Balkans. The paper is aimed to provide the readers with credible and true information on the most important aspects of the anti-European and antidemocratic project of the,,Great Albania" and on its likely conse quences as to the peace and the security of the entire Balkan region.
