Motivation as a factor of harmonization of business system goals

Abstract
In the interest of maintaining and development of business systems, it is necessary to achieve the appropriate harmonization of goals that meets the interests of all participants of business processes. Harmonization of the goals of the business means the establishment of harmony between the individual categories of goals - the goals of the individuals, organizational parts of the business objectives and goals of the business system as a whole. Goals of the business system, as well as the goals of his organizational parts should be defined in certain way, so that in itself contain motivation of individuals to take active part in their realization.
