Analiza uticaja faktora na inovacije proizvoda i poslovnih procesa

Sažetak
Kompetitivna prednost snažno od zavisi sposobnosti preduzeća da postigne benefite od inovativnih aktivnosti. Organizacije se u svojim inovacionim naporima mogu opredeliti da uvode samo inovacije proizvoda, samo inovacije procesa ili za kombinovanje inovacija proizvoda i procesa. Poznavanje faktora koji utiču na inovacije proizvoda i procesa i njihovih efekata je neophodno za oblikovanje inovacione strategije koja je jedan od ključnih činilaca uspeha inovacije. U radu istražujemo uticaj sedam eksternih i internih faktora na inovacije proizvoda i poslovnih procesa. Za analizu važnih relacija i izvlačenje zaključaka, pored teorijske literature, koristimo i rezultate više studija.
