Agresivnost u HEXACO modelu ličnosti

Sažetak
Cilj ovog istraživanja je ispitivanje relacija između HEXACO faceta i komponenata agresivnosti (bes, osvetoljubivost, dominacija, hostilnost, reaktivna agresija, proaktivna agresija i indirektna agresija). Na uzorku od 654 ispitanika iz opšte populacije zadati su HEXACO-60, Upitnik agresivnosti BODH, Upitnik reaktivne-proaktivne agresije (RPQ) i Skala indirektne agresije (IAS). Rezultati analize mrežnih zajednica pružaju najinformativniji uvid u pomenute relacije i pokazuju da sve komponente agresivnosti formiraju zajednicu sa facetama Prijatnosti iz HEXACO modela. Pritom, faceta Strpljivost se izdvaja kao najjači korelat besa, dok hostilnost ostvaruje najviši koeficijent klasterizovanja, što dovodi do spajanja Prijatnosti i komponenti agresivnosti. Iako Poštenje-skromnost formira posebnu zajednicu, neke od faceta ove dimenzije imaju jake izolovane veze sa indirektnom agresijom i dominacijom. Rezultati pokazuju da je Prijatnost dominantni korelat agresivnosti i da obuhvata sve komponente agresivnosti, dok je osobina Poštenje-skromnost povezana sa specifičnim komponentama koje se odnose na manifestaciju agresivnosti na suptilniji i više indirektan način.
